桂子飄香，碩果累累。是詩意的季節，亦是收獲的季節，更是，舉國歡歌慶典的時刻。借此，秀空間迎來由賈樂儀和郭思妤兩位小藝術家帶來名為“翰墨揚國粹，丹青頌中華”的傳統藝術展。

It is a fruitful season. It is harvest season as well. It is our National Day celebration. Jia leyi and Guo siyu, two little artists bring us their“Calligraphy and Painting" Show.

此次畫展兩位多才多藝的小藝術們特別準備剪紙、書法、國畫、瓷板畫、團扇、油紙傘等許許多多傳統藝術展品。這些展品不僅弘揚中國傳統文化，發揚中國傳統文化的魅力，也促進學生們對中國傳統文化的了解。

This time, two talented little artists brought paper-cutting, calligraphy, Chinese painting, board painting, fans and paper umbrellas to display . The work reflects traditional Chinese culture, and it informs students about the many things that represent our culture.  

小藝術家們也向來參觀的同學們，悉心介紹自己的作品。

The little artists introduced their work to the visitors.

賈樂儀說：我從一年級開始學習書法，一開始還寫得歪歪扭扭不像樣子，但隨著練習地不斷深入，不止書法越寫越好，也學習到了很多中國的傳統文化。比如：文房四寶筆墨紙硯，這些都是中華文化中不可缺少的一部分。橫平豎直的筆畫也代表了中國人的個性特征。

Jia Leyi said,”I began to learn Calligraphy from Year 1. At the beginning, I couldn’t write straight but after practicing, my calligraphy is getting better and better. I also learned more about the Chinese traditional culture.” For example, writing brush, ink stick, paper and ink-stone are the four treasures of Chinese culture. The strikes of the Chinese character represents the features of Chinese calligraphy.

不少同學都在郭思妤的剪紙作品前發出陣陣驚嘆！

其實，小郭同學還非常多才多藝。她酷愛運動，開朗熱情。她說：我自幼受家庭的熏陶，對于傳統中國文化極有興趣。閑暇時，還會跟著外公吟誦詩詞。在人人、事事都講創新的新時代里，10后的我們從來都不覺得學習傳統是因循守舊。在我看來，夯實傳統才能在創新的道路上走得更穩更久，因為傳統才是我們的“根”。

Many students were impressed by Guo Siyu’s paper-cutting work.

In fact, Guo is very talented. She loves sports, is outgoing and passionate. She says,”I was interested in Chinese traditional culture when I was little. In my spare time, I recited poems with my grandpa. Nowadays, it is a innovative era. I was born after 2010. We believe that traditional learning helps us to think and innovate because we have a base to build on. 

受到兩位小藝術家的啟發，孩子們都對我們中華傳統文化有了更深的了解，也產生了更濃厚的興趣。也在留言板上紛紛留下對祖國的祝福。Being inspired by the two little artists, other children have a deeper understanding of Chinese traditional culture. They are more interested in it. They left their congratulations on the board and are aware of how our country is represented through these activities.  

中國傳統文化是中國文化的主體部分，也是從先輩傳承下來的豐厚的歷史遺產，它滲透在每一位中國人的血脈中。我們熱愛我們的祖國，也愿意學習中國的傳統文化，更想把這份歷史遺產發揚光大。

                Chinese traditional activities form the main part of Chinese culture. It is also a historical heritage from the old. It inspires every Chinese person. We love our country. We are eager to learn Chinese traditional culture. We’d like to spread our historical heritage wide.
