When imagination breaks free from boundaries, a canvas becomes a window into a magical world.
For third grader Olivia, years of persistence and love for art have planted countless sweet dreams on paper—soft and lovable monsters, shining castles, fluttering butterflies, and tiny joys hidden within vibrant colors. Each artwork tells a story of beauty as she sees it. Among them are several award-winning pieces, and every painting is a small artistic flower carefully nurtured with her heart.

走進(jìn)Olivia的畫展現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，仿佛闖入了一個(gè)繽紛的童話世界。首先映入眼簾的就是她今年設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)作的新IP盲盒系列。三幅作品都是她最愛的萌系風(fēng)格，用圓潤柔和的筆觸勾勒的人物線條，色彩上嘗試了截然不同的粉色暖調(diào)和冷系藍(lán)灰色調(diào)。她說：“我心里的可愛是沒有固定框架的，每一種風(fēng)格都有屬于她的閃光點(diǎn)。”

Stepping into a Fairy-Tale World

Stepping into Olivia’s exhibition feels like entering a vibrant fairy tale. The first works to catch the eye are her newly designed original blind-box IP series created this year. All three pieces reflect her favorite “cute” style, with rounded forms and soft, gentle brushstrokes shaping the characters. She experiments boldly with contrasting color palettes—warm pink and cool blue-gray tones .

As Olivia explains, "The cuteness in my heart doesn’t have a fixed shape. Every style has its own shining charm."

展廳內(nèi)，畫作風(fēng)格多元又各具巧思：有以粉色調(diào)勾勒的埃菲爾鐵塔，明艷的色彩讓經(jīng)典建筑煥發(fā)童真活力；也有融入上海城市元素的手繪作品，東方明珠與古典美人的輪廓相映，盡顯對(duì)家鄉(xiāng)的細(xì)膩情感；而星黛露、庫洛米等卡通形象的創(chuàng)作，更是將小女生的爛漫心思融入筆觸，每一筆色彩都透著鮮活的想象力。

A World of Color, Memory, and Imagination

Throughout the exhibition, her works reveal remarkable variety and thoughtful detail. A pink-toned Eiffel Tower glows with childlike vitality, breathing new life into a classic landmark. Hand-drawn pieces inspired by Shanghai weave together local elements—the Oriental Pearl Tower echoing the silhouettes of classical beauties, reflecting her affection for her hometown.

Her portrayals of beloved characters such as StellaLou and Kuromi capture the sweetness of a young girl’s imagination, with every brushstroke alive with color and emotion.

接下來的畫作里，魔法還在繼續(xù)蔓延：撒哈拉的金字塔被晚霞暈染成蜜糖色，彩墨濺起的草葉像撒了一把星光；高迪的建筑在點(diǎn)點(diǎn)彩斑里扭出俏皮的曲線，仿佛藏著會(huì)呼吸的童話；水晶球窩在紙杯蛋糕里，雪人戴著紅圍巾在藍(lán)色城堡邊眨眼睛；斑斕的水母拖著彩虹裙擺，在海底跳著輕盈的圓舞曲；海邊的靈蛇繞著城堡飛舞，鱗片里裹著星光與浪花的溫柔；小怪獸們擠在一起，舉著“Happy”的標(biāo)語鬧哄哄地狂歡；星黛露提著蝴蝶結(jié)軟弓，在蘑菇森林里捕捉春日的甜意；東方明珠浮在夢(mèng)幻的云朵里，蝴蝶群馱著彩虹色的風(fēng)掠過塔頂……

Where Magic Continues to Unfold

In the following paintings, the magic continues to spread.
The pyramids of the Sahara glow like honey under a sunset sky, while splashes of ink turn grass blades into shimering stardust. Gaudí-inspired buildings twist into playful curves, as if hiding fairy tales that breathe. Colorful jellyfish dance a light waltz beneath the sea, their skirts trailing rainbow hues.

Elsewhere, a magical serpent circles a seaside castle, its scales shimmering with starlight and waves.StellaLou lifts a bow tied with ribbons, chasing springtime sweetness through a mushroom forest. The Oriental Pearl Tower floats among dreamy clouds as butterflies carry rainbow winds past its spire…

這些作品不僅是Olivia童心的表達(dá)，更是她兩年藝術(shù)積累的縮影。從水彩暈染的《雪絨杯里的冬夜童話》，到充滿甜品趣味的《愛吃甜筒的小兔》，她嘗試了水彩、油畫、拼貼等多種創(chuàng)作形式，筆下的形象或靈動(dòng)、或治愈、或充滿創(chuàng)意。

Growing Through Art

These works are not only expressions of Olivia’s childlike innocence, but also a reflection of two years of artistic exploration and growth. From the softly washed watercolor A Winter Fairy Tale in a Snowy Cup, and the dessert-inspired The Bunny Who Loves Ice Cream, Olivia has experimented with watercolor, oil painting, collage, and mixed media. Her characters are lively, comforting, and endlessly creative.

“畫畫是我表達(dá)心情的方式，把想到的、喜歡的東西畫出來，就特別開心。”Olivia笑著說道。在她的作品里，沒有刻板的技法束縛，只有純粹的熱愛與天馬行空的想象。每一幅畫都是她內(nèi)心世界的生動(dòng)寫照。

"Painting is how I express my feelings," Olivia says with a smile.
"When I draw the things I think about and love, I feel truly happy."

In her art, there are no rigid rules—only sincere passion and boundless imagination. Each painting is a vivid reflection of her inner world.
