Highlights of the WFL International Division Closing Ceremony for the First Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year
1月28日,WFL國際部2025學年第一學期結業式在體育館舉行。全體師生齊聚,共同回望一學期來的耕耘與收獲,在總結中沉淀,在掌聲中前行。這場融合了社團展演、榮譽表彰、書香傳遞與安全教育的總結大會,為本學期畫上了圓滿的句號。

On January 28, the WFLPS International Division gathered in the school gymnasium to celebrate the Closing Ceremony of the First Semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. Teachers and students came together to reflect on a semester of learning, growth, and shared achievement—pausing to look back with gratitude and moving forward with confidence.
Blending student hobby group performances, awards recognition, the celebration of reading, and holiday safety guidance, the ceremony marked a meaningful and joyful conclusion to the semester.
圍繞IB學習者培養目標,結業式依次頒發 ATL(學習方法)、ACTION(積極行動) 與 AGENCY(能動擔當) 三大類獎項。


Guided by the IB Learner Profile, the ceremony recognised students through three major award categories: Approaches to Learning (ATL), Action, and Agency, highlighting both individual development and collective progress.
ATL獎項:學會學習,知行合一
在IB課程體系中,ATL(學習方法)的培養是核心。結業式首先表彰了在探究、交流、團結友愛、自我管理、學科綜合五大維度表現突出的同學們。每一個獎項背后,都是IB學習者素養的生動體現。





ATL Awards: Learning How to Learn, Putting Knowledge into Action
The ATL Awards opened the ceremony, recognising students who demonstrated strong learning skills across inquiry, communication, collaboration, self-management, and transdisciplinary thinking. These awards reflected students’ growing ability to learn independently, work with others, and apply their understanding in purposeful ways—core elements of the IB learning journey.
ACTION獎項:積極行動,發光發熱
學習不止于課堂,更在于實踐與關懷。“行動”板塊表彰了那些取得顯著進步、全心投入活動、用筆尖記錄校園、以善行溫暖他人的同學們。




ACTION Awards: Taking Initiative, Making a Difference
The Action Awards, celebrated students who transformed learning into meaningful action. From personal progress and active participation to creative expression and acts of kindness, these students demonstrated that learning continues beyond the classroom and is deeply connected to care for others and the community.
AGENCY獎項:能動擔當,引領成長
“能動性”獎項聚焦那些主動規劃、勇于承擔責任的學習者。中英文“閱讀之星”在書海中探尋智慧,班級“最佳CEO”在服務中鍛煉領導力,而最終的“IB三星班”與House Team總分公布,則是對集體共進、全方位卓越的最佳認可。












AGENCY Awards: Taking Ownership, Leading Growth
The Agency Awards highlighted learners who showed initiative, responsibility, and leadership. Bilingual "Reading Stars" explored knowledge through books, while class "Best CEOs" strengthened leadership through service. The announcement of the "IB Three-Star Class" and the final House Team results recognised collective effort, shared responsibility, and all-round excellence.
社團風采:課后社團舞臺綻放
整場頒獎中穿插著社團的展演。合唱社團生動有趣地演唱了歌曲《春曉》和《毛毛蟲》;音樂劇社演繹《貓》的經典片段;街舞社點燃全場節奏,尤克里里社彈唱耳熟能詳的歌曲《Zoo》,鼓舞人心;戲劇社以《烽火戲諸侯》引發思考;陶笛社吹奏悠揚旋律;爵士樂隊的《Contessa》奏響自由樂章;中國舞社則以一支冰糖葫蘆般甜美的舞蹈傳遞年味與團圓意象——八個社團表演,八種精彩呈現,共同編織成校園文化活力的縮影。








































Hobby Group Showcases: After-School Activities Shine on Stage
Throughout the ceremony, vibrant hobby group performances brought the stage to life. The Choir performed Spring Dawn and The Very Hungry Caterpillar with energy and charm; the Musical Theatre Club presented a classic excerpt from Cats; the Street Dance Club ignited the atmosphere with rhythm and confidence; the Ukulele Club delivered an uplifting performance of Zoo; the Drama Club provoked reflection with Beacon Fires of the Lords; the Ocarina Club filled the hall with gentle melodies; the Jazz Band performed Contessa expressing freedom and flair through music; and the Chinese Dance Club closed with a sweet, festive dance inspired by tanghulu, conveying warmth and reunion.

儀式中,閱讀的力量被多次致敬,“燈塔讀書會”小小志愿者們正如引航之光。


The Power of Reading, A Safe Start Ahead
Reading was also a key theme of the ceremony. The young volunteers of the Lighthouse Reading Club were recognised for their commitment to promoting a culture of reading, serving as guiding lights for their peers.
最后,國際部協調員Ms. Vanessa 對寒假生活進行了解讀,強調假期不僅是休整,更是自主規劃、持續探索的契機。同時,她也溫馨提醒全體同學注意假期安全,合理安排學習與生活,蓄力新學期。


To conclude, the International Division PYP Coordinator, Ms. Vanessa, shared guidance for the upcoming winter holiday. She reminded students that the break is not only a time to rest, but also an opportunity to plan independently, continue exploring personal interests, and maintain balanced routines. She also emphasised the importance of holiday safety and well-being as students prepare for the new semester ahead.
寒假模式啟動,但進步不停機!愿同學們把本學期的“經驗值”存入行囊,假期“充電”,開學“閃耀”。
